SMD80-BT40 direct magnetic motor spindle is designed for drilling, tapping, boring, milling and other machining applications. SMB80 is equipped with an encoder and a frequency drive 5.5KW with PG card to accurately control the spindle rotation speed and positioning. When processing at low speed, the inverter will automatically compensate for insufficient torque, which can improve processing quality and production efficiency. This product supports with maximum standard speeds of 1500 and 6000, spindle taper BT40 / motor power 3.7kW / torque up to 35.3 NM. It is recommended to use an oil cooler for circulating heat to maintain spindle motor operation stability.
