S150 Boring Milling Spindle Head

S150 spindle housing itself is an FC30 casting, which further underwent precision boring and honing, and the material for spindle are alloy steels subjected to high frequency heat treatment. They are assembled with SKF Germany, NSK Japan and Taiwan TPI precision bearings which maintaining the spindle nose accuracy 0.002mm or less. Its maximum capacity RPM 1800 is suitable to mount on a CNC servo slide or hydraulic feed table for your machining applications.

． Standard 3-phase AC motor 15kW is included, optional maximum power up to 45kW
． Belt driven at fixed speed and incorporate a timing belt
． Spindle taper NT50 is available
． Available for servo driven at variable speeds
